Dr Emeka Smart Oruh is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organisational Behaviour (OB), and the Post Graduate (PGT) Admission Tutor  at Brunel University London, UK, where he obtained a PhD in Employment Relations (ER) and Human Resource Management (HRM) in 2017. Before now, he lectured at the University of Portsmouth School of Business and Law, UK between 2018 and 2020. His key research examines OB, ER and HRM issues within international business – particularly in emerging and developing markets. Dr Emeka (Smart) has authored several publications – some of which have appeared in highly rated international journals such as International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology and Employee Relations journals among others. ​
