As a lecturer, her teaching philosophy centers on providing a dynamic and engaging learning experience for her students. She believes that case-based discussions are an effective way to promote active learning and critical thinking, and encourages her students to participate in group discussions and problem-solving exercises. She also prioritizes the development of creative thinking skills, as she believes this is essential for success in any field. In addition, she emphasizes the importance of ethics and sustainability in all areas of study, as these principles are crucial for responsible decision-making and a better future. Finally, she is committed to keeping her students up-to-date with the latest developments in their field and strives to provide a supportive learning environment that fosters independent thinking and lifelong learning.

She supervises a number of Master`s theses and serves in 3 PhD commitees.
